Processing time

 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Shipping rates

 

We ship from Bellevue, Washington to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $8, free on orders over $70. Express shipping (1-2 business days): $15.

 

Large systems and freight

 

Whole-home systems and other oversized items may ship via freight carrier. We will contact you to schedule delivery. For systems purchased with professional installation in Washington State, delivery is coordinated as part of your installation appointment.

 

Damaged shipments

 

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact shop@mtdwa.com within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

 

International shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States only.
