Refund policy

Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, email shop@mtdwa.com with your order number.

 

Return shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Opened items in resellable condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Non-returnable items

 

Professionally installed systems (such as whole-home backup systems after installation), special-order items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Manufacturer warranty coverage still applies - we will assist with all EcoFlow and Anker SOLIX warranty claims as your authorized dealer.

 

Warranty

 

All products include the full manufacturer warranty. Contact us and we will handle the warranty process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
