Can I connect a battery to my home's electrical panel?

Yes - with a transfer switch or smart home panel, professionally installed. That's exactly what we do. Our licensed electricians handle the design, permits, and installation.

Do you offer installation in my area?

We currently install in Washington state. Products ship nationwide. Contact us to confirm service availability at your address.

What warranty do I get?

All EcoFlow products come with the full manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years on flagship models). Installations are backed by our own workmanship warranty.

How fast is shipping?

In-stock portable products ship within 1-2 business days with free shipping to the lower 48 states. Large home-backup systems are scheduled with your installation.
